Our Story

From two chefs too many.

We started as 2 Chefs Too Many, a little omurice kiosk under a Changi Village HDB block. In June 2026 we brought the tornado egg downtown to Hong Lim.

The Difference

Hand-swirled,
every plate.

No egg sits waiting under a lamp. Each omelette is whisked and swirled the moment you order, then laid over short-grain rice folded with butter.

→ SILKY TORNADO EGG, MADE TO ORDER → SHORT-GRAIN RICE, FOLDED WITH BUTTER → DEMI-GLACE FROM SCRATCH
